Projects in Social Enterprise:

Wolverton Social Enterprise Demonstration Project
I worked with the management committee and members of the local community to facilitate the development of Wolverton Unlimited, a community-led regeneration organisation in a small town in north Milton Keynes, including strategic planning and development of a mutual aid social enterprise support structure. Produced a report on the project for the Commission for Rural Communities, Click HERE to download the report.

Purple Phoenix
I carried out a feasibility study and outline business planning for Survivors West Yorkshire into the idea of a social enterprise to provide training and consultancy to frontline health and social services staff on all aspects of dealing with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Nicholas Albery Foundation
NAF was established in memory of Nicholas Albery to carry on his work; to inspire direct participation in social change and act as an incubator for innovative small-scale projects. I carried out an organisational review and assisted the staff and trustees in strategic planning including financial sustainability incorporating social enterprise – the majority of the Foundation’s income is earned.
